CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Refunds will be processed until June 15, 2011, and will be subject to an administrative fee of $30.00 per refund. No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2011.
Substitute participants will be accepted until June 15, 2011 upon written confirmation, provided that a completed Registration Form is submitted for the replacing participant.  A handling fee of $30.00 will be charged per replaced registrant.  No substitutions will be accepted after June 15, 2011.

Onsite Workshop Registration

* Please note, all onsite workshop registrants must arrive

AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR
TO THE START OF THE WORKSHOP.

This will allow onsite registrants time for registration, retrieving materials, and locating the workshop room.  Due to the disruption, participants arriving late may not be allowed access to the workshop after the workshop start time.

Group Registration

The following policy applies to group registration lists for delegates and exhibitors:

For Group Registrations, please contact the IUGA office (registration@iuga.org). Group Registrations must be completed by June 15, 2011.

Cancelled registrations will be refunded the rate paid, minus an administrative fee of $75.
All cancellations, substitutions, or changes to registrations must be made BEFORE JUNE 15, 2011.
All registrations must be made on-site after June 15, 2011 at the on-site rate.
ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED THROUGH THE LOCAL ORGANIZER.

Workshop Syllabus Material

All syllabus material for workshops is available to each workshop registrant electronically.  No printed copies will be provided onsite. Pre-registered participants are therefore encouraged to print the material or bring a laptop to the workshop to view electronically.  Onsite registrants are encouraged to bring a laptop to access and view syllabus material as printed material will not be provided.  The syllabus material will continue to be available to the workshop registrants following the meeting.

Opening Reception

Tickets for Opening Reception included in Registration Fee, registrants may purchase additional tickets to the Opening Reception for accompanying persons during the registration process or on site.
